How Does Your Event Photography Service Work?

Contact Farental so we can discuss the details of your event. Let us know about the location, the number of attendees expected, and any specific information we need to know.

Event photography pricing is based on the size of the event and the duration of coverage required. To secure your required date, we ask you to make a 50% deposit to get the event photography booking. The remaining balance is due no later than a week prior to your event.

How Do You Get Your Event Photos?

Our photographer will share the photos via a file-sharing service.

After the event, the photographer will gather all the photos into a folder, edit them to an excellent standard, and upload the folder online.

We will send you the link and password to the online gallery where you and your guests can view, share and download the images on our secure website.

You will get the photos in high and low resolution to cover all your needs, print and web

When Will My Event Photos By Ready?

FARENTAL photographers can provide the key hero images during the event, and teasers the week following the event.

All event photos will then be available online approximately 48 hours to 2 weeks after the end of the photo shoot depending on the event.

How Much Does Event Photography Cost?

Event photography pricing and rates vary depending on the location, experience, and the difficulty of shooting the event. While professional Sydney Corporate Events Photography is about $220 per hour, Sydney Wedding Photography can vary with an average of $450 per hour.
